Renewal of passwords for all users is requested!

Following the maintenance of the Scientific Journals Hosting Service (SARC), we would like to inform you that access to the management interface of the journal has been restored. One of the measures applied was to delete the access credentials of all users in order to force the creation of new accesses based on more robust passwords. Therefore the renewal of passwords for all users is requested.

We would therefore like to draw your attention to the following procedure:

  1. The first time you try to use the management interface, you'll need to ask to recover your password by clicking in “forgot your password?” (if you try to log in with your usual password, you won't be able to);
  2. Following the password recovery request, you will receive an email to confirm this action;
  3. When you click on the link in the body of the email confirming the recovery, you will receive a second email with a temporary password;
  4. You should then access the management interface with your username and the temporary password you received by email;
  5. After logging in, the system will ask you to change your password. To do this, you must enter your temporary password and a new password that must be at least 12 characters long. We strongly recommend that this new password use the following sets of characters: lowercase letters (a...z), uppercase letters (A...Z), numbers (0...9) and special characters.
